What we do

Two disciplines, one operation.

Agrox runs as an agronomy team and a management consultancy under one roof, so every planting decision is also a business decision.

Precision farming

Soil-mapped planting plans, drone survey data and irrigation schedules tuned crop by crop.

Water & irrigation

Drip and pivot systems engineered for desert conditions, monitored to cut waste without cutting yield.

Farm management

Budgeting, labour planning and equipment scheduling handled by an operations team, not a spreadsheet.

Supply & distribution

Cold-chain logistics and buyer coordination that gets produce from field to market on schedule.

Our method

The Agrox cycle.

Every project moves through the same five-stage loop — the discipline that lets agronomy and management stay in sync season after season.

01

Plan

Soil, water and market data set the season's planting map.

02

Plant

Crop selection and sowing sequenced for the local climate.

03

Manage

Irrigation, labour and equipment tracked against the operating budget.

04

Harvest

Timed collection with quality grading at the point of picking.

05

Distribute

Cold-chain routing to buyers, with the season's data feeding the next plan.

About Agrox

Built by agronomists, run like a business.

Our story

From Al Ghnamiah outward.

Agrox started with a simple observation: the Kingdom's farms rarely lacked ambition — they lacked the operating discipline to turn agronomy into a repeatable business. We set out to close that gap, based in Riyadh and working land by land across Saudi Arabia.

Today our teams sit inside client operations — reading soil data in the morning and reading budgets in the afternoon — so that every technical decision is also weighed as a management decision.

We are still a field-first company. Every consultant on staff has walked the ground they advise on.

Mission & vision

Two commitments guide every project.

Mission

Make modern agriculture practical for Saudi conditions — profitable for the operator, sustainable for the land, and reliable for the buyer at the other end of the supply chain.

Vision

A Kingdom where every hectare under management is data-informed, water-responsible, and connected to a distribution network that gets it to market fresh.

What we stand on

Four working values.

01

Stewardship

We manage land as a long-term asset, not a single season's yield.

02

Precision

Decisions are backed by soil, water and yield data — not habit.

03

Transparency

Clients see the same operating numbers our own team works from.

04

Resilience

Systems built for desert heat, water limits and shifting demand.

The team

Who runs the operation.

Managing Director

Strategy & Client Operations

Sets project direction and owns the relationship between agronomy and the business plan.

HA

Head of Agronomy

Crop Science & Soil

CS

Client Success Lead

Reporting & Advisory

Delivers the seasonal reporting clients use to plan their next budget cycle.

Services

Six plots. One operating system.

We call our service lines "plots" — each one a distinct discipline that plugs into the same seasonal plan, so agronomy and management never operate in separate silos.

Plot 01

Precision farming & crop planning

Soil sampling, satellite and drone survey data feed a planting plan matched to each field's water and nutrient profile.

Soil health & sustainability

Rotation planning, organic amendment programs and salinity management to keep land productive across seasons, not just one.

Farms & projects

A sample of active initiatives.

Selected work

Projects across the Kingdom.

Each initiative pairs a field team with a management lead from day one, so operating numbers and agronomic outcomes are tracked together.
